Six Sigma Black Belt
Improve industrial processes when you become a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt . The courses are: A3 & 8D Problem Solving, Process Design, Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Methods, Manufacturing Processes, Basic Control Charts, Quality and Production Control and Kaizen Events. To receive the certificate you will be required to lead a Kaizen Event.
KAIZEN EVENT REQUIREMENTS
1) Student most secure the project from a company that is in operation.
2) The company most provide 5-10 employees and other resources.
3) The student most run a 5 Day Blitz.
4) The student should develop a VSM if possible.
5) The Blitz must save a minimum of $50,000.
